1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Silly Geese Solutions / Silly Geese OÜ (registry code: 16121252, VAT: EE102322819), an Estonian company, regarding your access to and use of Quality QR (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Quality QR provides a QR code generation and management platform allowing users to:

• Create static and dynamic QR codes for various content types (URL, vCard, WiFi, PDF, Menu, etc.)
• Customize QR code appearance with colors, patterns, corner styles, and logos
• Track QR code scans with analytics (location, device, time)
• Manage QR codes through bundles and organization tools
• Access QR codes via short URLs for dynamic redirection
• Set scan limits for single-use or limited-access QR codes (Pro+)
• Create QR Bundles for campaign management and aggregated analytics (Pro+)
• Run A/B tests to compare QR code destinations (Pro+)
• Save and apply design templates for consistent branding (Pro+)
• Schedule time-based activation and expiration (Business+)
• Access version history with rollback capabilities (Business+)
• Set up scan velocity alerts for monitoring (Business+)
• Bulk create multiple QR codes at once (Business+)
• Use custom domains for branded short URLs (Business+)
• Collaborate with team members with role-based access (Business+)
• Export analytics reports (CSV, PDF) (Business+)
• Integrate via REST API

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub).

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes linking to malware, phishing sites, or malicious content
• Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent schemes
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Promote violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Distribute child sexual abuse material or exploit minors
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and technology, is owned by Silly Geese Solutions / Silly Geese OÜ and protected by international intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely for providing the Service.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

6.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled case-by-case. For EU consumers, statutory withdrawal rights apply. Contact cs@quality-qr.app for inquiries.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including EU consumer rights.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silly Geese Solutions / Silly Geese OÜ from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you create or distribute

9. Content Takedown (DMCA & EU DSA)

We comply with the DMCA and EU Digital Services Act. To report copyright infringement or illegal content, contact:

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts (Harju County Court).

EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence. The European Commission provides an ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try informal resolution by contacting us at cs@quality-qr.app. We will attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms with a new effective date
• Email notification to registered users
• Displaying a notice when you access the Service

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
