Logos & Frames

Pro Feature: Logos and frames are available on Pro and Business Plans.

Make your QR codes instantly recognizable by adding your logo to the center and decorative frames around the edges. Branded QR codes increase trust and scan rates while maintaining full functionality.

Adding a Logo

A logo in the center of your QR code helps users recognize your brand at a glance. Here's how to add one:

Step 1: Open the Design Panel

In the QR code generator, find the "Logo" section in the design options.

Step 2: Upload Your Logo

Click "Upload Logo" and select an image file. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, GIF.

Step 3: Adjust Size & Position

Use the slider to adjust logo size. The logo is automatically centered. Keep it under 30% of the QR code size.

Step 4: Test Your Code

Always test your QR code after adding a logo to ensure it still scans correctly.

Logo Best Practices

  • Use a simple, recognizable logo that works at small sizes
  • Square logos with padding work best
  • Keep the logo under 30% of the QR code size for reliable scanning
  • Use high contrast between logo and QR code background
  • PNG or SVG formats with transparent backgrounds are ideal
  • Test your QR code after adding a logo to ensure it still scans

Adding a Frame

Frames add a decorative border around your QR code and can include call-to-action text like "Scan Me" or "Learn More".

Step 1: Open Frame Options

In the design panel, find the "Frame" section and toggle it on.

Step 2: Choose a Frame Style

Select from our pre-designed frame styles or customize your own.

Step 3: Add Call-to-Action Text

Enter text to display on the frame, like "Scan for Menu" or "Get 20% Off".

Step 4: Customize Colors

Match the frame colors to your brand for a cohesive look.

Scanning Reliability

While logos and frames enhance branding, they can reduce scanning reliability if not done properly. Always test your QR codes with multiple devices after adding design elements, especially on printed materials.
