Design templates let you save a finished QR code design (colors, gradients, patterns, corner styles, logo) as a named, reusable preset and then apply it to new codes with a single click. The practical effect is that you configure a brand template once at the start of a quarter and then apply it to every new code, which removes drift and saves the per-code design time of recreating the same configuration repeatedly.
Templates are particularly valuable in three settings: marketing teams enforcing brand guidelines across many simultaneously running campaigns, agencies maintaining consistent looks for each of their clients without remembering individual color codes, and franchises ensuring that every regional location's promotional codes look like part of the same network.
Pro plans support 10 saved templates and Business plans support 25, which covers most teams' needs without crowding the picker. Templates you save are personal to your account. Built-in starter templates are included on every plan to make first-time use immediate; on Free they apply without the Pro-only styling.
