About Team Collaboration
Team collaboration moves Quality QR from a single-user tool to a shared workspace. Invite up to five teammates on a Business plan, assign each one a role (admin, editor, or viewer), and they get scoped access to the QR codes, bundles, and analytics in the workspace. Editors can create and modify codes, viewers see the dashboard and analytics without making changes, and admins can also manage members and billing. Every action is recorded in the audit log alongside the user who performed it, which combines naturally with version history to give you a clean accountability trail across the team's work. Teams are the right setup for marketing departments where multiple people manage campaigns in parallel, agencies where account managers and designers each touch a client's codes, and franchise networks where regional managers operate within a corporate brand workspace. Billing is centralized so individual team members do not need their own accounts. Existing personal QR codes can be moved into the team workspace at any time without invalidating the printed codes or breaking analytics history.
