Every dynamic QR code on Quality QR is also a short URL, and the two are equivalent at runtime: scanning the code and clicking the short link route through the same redirect service and the same analytics pipeline. That means you can use the same destination on a printed flyer (as a QR code) and in a tweet, an email, an SMS message, or a podcast description (as a short URL), and see all of the resulting traffic in one combined dashboard. The short URL format is quality-qr.app/q/abc123 by default, and Business-plan customers can replace the domain with their own brand domain so every link reads as theirs. Short URLs are not a separate paid feature; they ship with every dynamic QR code at no extra cost, including on the free tier. The redirect rules (destination URL, scan limits, time expiration, A/B test variants) are the same for both surfaces, which keeps configuration simple and makes the short URL a useful complement rather than a duplicate channel.
